"Great little hotel with a garden, swimming pool and bar/restaurant. We had originally booked the cheapest room (fine but basic, close to road so a bit noisy) but decided to upgrade to the loft—much bigger and nicer, very quiet, with AC and a mini fridge. The food at the restaurant, both breakfast and dinner, was also decent. Good service too. Really good value for money!"

"Loved staying in the 'loft' apartment great for or family with slightly older kids (7 and 12). Such a great view and good price. Only critique is that the service could of been a bit more friendly especially at the restaurant but food was good and reasonably priced."

"What a gem! Excellent location for Uxmal or cenote and other adventures. Our king room was super comfortable and really large - I was delighted that it even had a hammock. The grounds and every place feels loved and well cared for. We had a great meal at the restaurant…so glad we found this Saak Lu’um. I’ll definitely stay here again."

"Beautiful garden and pool. We stayed in the house and had a lot of space. The AC was very cool. Ana was a very sweet host. Nice breakfast in the garden. It’s on the outskirts of the village and makes a good base to explore the Ruta Puuc."

"WOW. Rarely does a property exceed our expectations - but this one really impressed us - the buildings are super nice, the grounds well maintained. We stayed in the apartment with our family of 4 adults. The beds were comfortable. The pool clean and the perfect refreshing temp (and cleaned thoroughly every morning!). The coffee at breakfast was some of the best drip coffee we've had so far. The bedrooms each had air conditioning that worked perfect, plus extra furniture..."
